No, the creator did not break copyright laws in its production because in his video it states each movie he got the scenes from, he put the company it was from and all the movie titles, etc.

I agree with what you said about the person not breaking copyright laws, since they posted all of the film titles. However, this is also an abstract work of art, which, I believe, means that it doesn't break copyright laws, since he did state all of the film titles
